Reopening Office? Review (And Follow) Federal Guidelines for Employers
Opening up the United States again, a joint initiative between the White House and the CDC,
delivers guidelines for returning employees to the work premises. The slow but sure
the methodology is defined in phases based on the number of coronavirus cases, individuals
who parade symptoms and hospital preparedness in company states. The guidelines specify
that businesses can enter Phase One once the following “gating criteria” are met:
- The descendant trajectory of COVID-like and influenza-like disorders within a 14-day time period
- The descendant trajectory of COVID cases and positive tests within a 14-day period
- Hospitals have the capability to treat all patients without crisis care, and testing programs for at-risk healthcare workforces.
