How Do Thermal Scanners Work?
All live substances release infrared energy or heat. Contrasting regular cameras that record light reflected by entities, thermal cameras use heat sensors that can record heat generated by the body of an individual or an object to produce a 2D image with contrary temperature levels. When an individual stands in front of the cameras, on the computer screens the warmer objects are highlighted with a dissimilar color palette than the rest. These cameras can be standardized to identify unusual body temperatures generally over 101 degrees. Every pixel of the image has a temperature-related with it, so a higher resolution camera scan delivers more comprehensive images.
